Project Scope: CRA Cladded Piping Systems & Fabrication

Project Background:

The Umm Shaif Long-Term Development Plan (LTDP) Phase 2 is a strategic offshore project led by ADNOC Offshore, aimed at sustaining and enhancing oil production from one of the UAE’s oldest and most critical offshore fields. The development includes significant upgrades to surface facilities, pipelines, and associated infrastructure to support long-term production targets while improving operational efficiency and integrity.

Proclad was selected to support this major phase of development by providing fully engineered CRA cladded piping systems, including pipes, fittings, and flanges, designed for high-corrosion environments typical of offshore operations. Our scope also includes prefabrication works, leveraging Proclad’s integrated in-house capabilities in weld overlay cladding, CNC machining, heat treatment, and spool fabrication.
