The Petroleum Refinery and Polypropylene Plant is a landmark industrial complex developed by Dangote Group in the Lekki Free Trade Zone, Nigeria. The Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Polypropylene Plant is a flagship project that underscores Dangote Group’s commitment to industrialization and sustainable economic development in Africa. Our scope was the fabrication & painting of 5,600-inch Dia SS317L clad pipe spools of various diameters 2” to 48” Inch Clad/ Solid with the thickness range from 3.91 mm to 12.70mm. Including Weldolet, Flageolet, Nipolet, ,Lateral Tee and Insert Weldolets etc. GTAW Manual, GTAW Auto, SMAW, processes were used to comply with relevant WPS, and Butt joints were 100% RT examined in line with the code requirements.
