Hours of Work:             Full-time: 37.5 hours on shifts(some flexibility required)

Outline of Role and Responsibilities

·        Internal and external movement of goods and materials to meet production requirements

·        Cleaning and preparing components for processing as required.

·        Grinding, Sawing, and Inspection of components in preparation for cladding or other processes.

·        Preparing parts for internal or external shipment as required.

·        Internal and external housekeeping duties.

·        General duties such as emptying bins, cleaning and painting areas as directed by the Supervisor

·        Ensure adherence and compliance with all Health, Safety &Environmental standards

·        To provide support to other members of the team when required.

·        May be required to cover shift patterns as required

·        Overhead Crane, Abrasive Wheel, material handling equipment duties– training will be given.

·        Operate basic hand tools and powered hand tools.

·        Maintain equipment and report equipment that requires servicing or repair.

·        Able to work shifts and overtime when required.

·        Good understanding and awareness of the engineering/manufacturing processes

·        Good knowledge of housekeeping duties

·        Knowledge and application of IT systems

Education and Experience:

·        Certified Forklift License

·        Driving License
