The Rumaitha/Shanayel Production Restoration and Technical Rate Project is part of ADNOC’s ongoing commitment to restoring and enhancing production output across key onshore assets in the UAE. The project involves critical upgrades to surface infrastructure aimed at improving technical flow rates, stabilising production levels, and supporting long-term reservoir performance.
Proclad was selected to supply corrosion-resistant alloy (CRA) cladded piping systems for use in highly corrosive service environments, where material integrity and long-term performance are vital. The scope included weld overlay cladding, CNC machining, and prefabrication of pipe spools, fittings, and flanges — all completed within Proclad’s fully integrated manufacturing facilities.
With strict adherence to ADNOC specifications and international quality standards, Proclad ensured that all components were delivered with full traceability, mechanical compliance, and readiness for field installation. The project underscores our ongoing support for ADNOC’s production optimisation goals across both offshore and onshore fields.
